Artomatic, DC’s huge annual art show, is open, and Ellen Cornett is exhibiting

If you’ve never been to the annual Artomatic event, you’re in for a treat. This year, 1,000 (!) visual and performing artists have filled seven floors at 2100 M Street, NW. You can go from now through April 28. The schedule and other details are below.

Need-to-Know Stuff

The Artomatic website has all the details, including floor plans. Here are a few key items:

Forget about driving, as there is no parking (or, as they put it, “limited parking”). Take the Metro to Farragut North, Foggy Bottom, of Dupont Circle.

These are the hours (it’s closed on Monday and Tuesday)

  • Wednesday-Thursday: 5 to 9:30 pm
  • Friday-Saturday: Noon to midnight
  • Sunday: Noon to 9 pm
