We celebrate DAB-Day every month on the 8th. But April 8 is the ANNUAL anniversary of DAB-Day, which began in 1946 (thanks to Eileen Leahy for tipping me off to that).
Here are the great birds produced by members of the Wednesday Studio and friends. Enjoy!
Lynne Mallonee Schlimm: Fancy Pheasant. Watercolor.
Richard Slayton: Crows. Sharpies.
Tara Hamilton: Painted Bird. Collage on paper.
Vera Armstrong, age 6: Bluebird. Colored pencil.
Tom Eichenberger: Worms for Lunch. Pencil and Sharpies.
Linda Andreatta: Wood Duck. Pastel.
Eileen Leahy: Double-Crested Cormorant. Pen and ink.
Marian Wiseman: Great Horned Owl. Charcoal pencil.
Standards are getting way too high. I’m waiting for “Draw an Ant” day.

I’m thinking your Owl is wonderful Marian…….and the fact that you are a hot babe has nothing to do with it!
