Tara Hamilton among award-winning artists showcased in special exhibit

“Creme de la Creme” is the name, and the spirit, of the show the Capitol Hill Art League is presenting, featuring  CHAL members whose works have received awards during the 2016-17 exhibition season.

Our Tara Hamilton is one of the artists featured. CHAL members were each invited to submit two pieces that had not previously appeared in CHAL shows. Many Wednesday Studio artists are members of CHAL.

The exhibit runs through August 14 at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW) Gallery, 545 7th St. SE. The public is invited to a “meet the artists” opening reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday, July 8.
