THE WEDNESDAY STUDIO

Watercolor and Pastel Artists at CHAW

Tara Hamilton has art in two shows, a block apart

That Tara. She’s everywhere! And we are so proud of her. There are two opening receptions this weekend—one Friday evening and one Saturday evening. So, in chronological order:

On Friday night, stop by the opening reception of the “Our Town” exhibit at Frame of Mine, Washington’s premier framing shop, 545 8th Street, SE. That’s on Friday,  July 20, from 6 to 8 pm.

Tara has these two watercolors in the “Out Town” show:

Then, on Saturday evening, the Capitol Hill Art League is presenting its annual “Winner’s Circle” exhibit of winning art from the previous season of CHAL juried shows.

Tara’s watercolor Waiting, which won first place in the November 2017 show “Off the Hill,” is, of course, part of the winner’s circle.

Congratulations (again!), Tara.
