Carolyn Rondthaler makes cold weather seem like a good thing!
I’m one who likes summer over winter, but Carolyn’s whimsical and—I have to say it—darling snow people are making me rethink cold weather.
As a member of the Capitol Hill Art League, Carolyn was invited by Velocity Condominiums on the DC waterfront to display her works in the Velocity reception areas. She has 16 works in the show, and given that it will run through January 2, Carolyn chose the theme “Let It Snow.”
The public is invited to two “Wine Wednesday” receptions: November 13 and December 11 from 6 to 8 pm. Join Carolyn and check out these snow people at 1025 First Street SE.
