July Draw-a-Bird Day has huge variety

I love seeing so many differences in the birds that people submit for DAB-Day. Not only different birds, but also the differing media and approaches. Here are the July birds!

Anne Shields: European Goldfinch. Pastel.
Tara Hamilton: DC Wood Thrush. Watercolor.
Linda Norton: Female Blue Bunting with Babies. Colored pencil.
Carolyn Rondthaler: Keel-Billed Toucan. Watercolor on handmade paper.
Marian Wiseman: Semipalmated Sandpiper. Pencil.
Nancy Arbuthnot: White House Meltdown. Watercolor and ink.
Tom Eichenberger: Bird mazes. Pen and ink.
Pat Evans: Common Grackle. Watercolor and pastel.
Elin Whitney-Smith. Sleeping Swan. Watercolor and gouache on poster paper.
Dee Ann Layton: Blue Herons. Watercolor and sumi ink on rice paper.
