November Capitol Hill Art League challenge garnered great tabletops

Each month the Capitol Hill Art League selects a theme and challenges its members to create art suitable for the theme. The November CHAL challenge was “Tabletop,” and several Wednesday Studio members were up to the challenge!

Here are the tabletops from the Wednesday Studio:

Linda Norton: Remains of the Day. Watercolor.
Karen Van Allen: Ceremonial Eggs. Oil on canvas.
Karen Van Allen: A Little Bread, a Little Wine. Colored pencil.
Lynne Malonee Schlimm: Tuesday Night. Pencil.
Tara Hamilton: Glass Top. Watercolor.
Carolyn Rondthaler: Vase of Flowers. Watercolor.
Carolyn Rondthaler: Tabletop Seen Through Vase. Watercolor.
Eileen Leahy: Time to Celebrate. Ink marker and plant dye.
