Capitol Hill Art Walk–and a good time was had by all

Last weekend Capitol Hill abounded with the works of 47 artists. The weather was beautiful, the art was fantastic, and everyone had a ball. Here are some pics of a few of the installations.

Carolyn Rondthaler teamed up with Elizabeth Varner outside Carolyn’s home on Sunday.
On Saturday Carolyn and Elizabeth were inside.
Tara Hamilton used two spaces in her alley to team up with three other artists–Kim King, Anne Albright, and Karen Zens. They displayed their art on tables and on the fence around the parking pads .
This is one wall at Tara’s exhibit, displaying her art and that of Kim.
Tara had a lot of traffic in her space.
Kay Elsasser shared this photo from her spot at Archibald Walk. She teamed up there with three other artists.
Deb Hurtt (in back, facing us) had a great time at her spot across from Lincoln Park.
This was Deb’s display. At the lower left of the table you can see that she had maps of the Art Walk available.
I displayed my art on panels along the fence.
We all had a great time interacting with customers and passersby.
