Tara Hamilton earns Honorable Mention award in Potomac Valley Watercolorists show

Congratulations to Tara for her outstanding watercolor, Vibernum, awarded Honorable Mention in the summer online exhibit of the Potomac Valley Watercolorists. The entire online exhibit of 162 gorgeous watercolor paintings is available at this link: PVW Online Exhibit.

Here’s what the juror, April Rimpo, said about Tara’s piece: “If you look up the definition of a botanical painting, this should be the image that
appears. With just a few branches entering or exiting the paper on each edge and clean colors forming the shapes of the leaves and petals. Beautifully done!”
