Watercolor and Pastel Artists at CHAW

Three Wednesday Studio members have works in juried art league show

Congratulations to Tara Hamilton, Carolyn Rondthaler, and Karen Van Allen, each of whom had two works selected for the latest Capitol Hill Art League exhibition, “Twists and Turns.”

And a special shout out to Karen, who won first place, and Tara, who won honorable mention.

Tara Hamilton: Scout Navigates the Ferns. Watercolor. (Honorable mention in CHAL show “Twists and Turns.”)
Karen Van Allen Freedom II. Acrylic. (First place in CHAL show “Twists and Turns.”)
Carolyn Rondthaler: Labryinth Tree. Multimedia.
Tara Hamilton: Eddies and Swirls. Watercolor.
Karen Van Allen: Freedom I. Acrylic.
Carolyn Rondthaler: The Way Out. Mixed media.

The show is on display until April 2 at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop gallery, 545 7th Street, SE, in Washington.
